Like a Ghost
Delusional theories
A broken heart once again
The agony you caused will never end
Just like a bleeding heart it will pump till its dying day
Your a ghost of my past but the pain you caused lives on
The pity I received defines me
My broken soul makes me what I am
To speak your name is a sin
To remember what you've done is my downfall
Held down
Forced to accept what I cannot change
I cry for help
No one can hear me
Tears roll down my face
I want nothing more than to be delivered from this moment
Pain exudes me
Fear captures me
Your eyes are cold
There is no escaping this
Your hand on my throat
The darkness surrounds me
The night air swallows me whole
Am I still this girl who was deceived
Or am I stronger because of the turmoil I endured
One thing remains, untouched and constant
One thing will never die, not even with me
The memories
