Ghost

I am a lonely ghost

forced to wander the earth

alone.

No one comes near.

A tragic fate

watching days go by

a silhouette

an empty void

of an existence.

Will anyone walk

beside me?

Will someone

take my chilled

misty hand

and stand beside me?

Give a lost soul

some of their time

and maybe

love?
