Ghost

I can't live without you here

My knees grow weak

The demons coming near

We now don't speak

I loved you so

You fled away like a ghost

Away you go

When I need you most

You left me alone

To cry over you

In this house, not a home

If only you knew

Your last words to me

Cut oh so deep

I could hardly breathe

My lungs filled with tears

Drowning out my shaky voice

I remember when

You said you loved me

When your texts gave me a smile

When I dreamt of us raising a family

Together

Finally Happy

But you were gone too soon

And like a ghost, your voice did too
