"The Gift"
I’m not an exception
To the rule
Yet, I try so hard
I’m like one grain in the sand
A particle in the sky
I’m nothing but a spectacle
Yet, I try so hard
What separated the Milky Way?
What separated Earth?
What separated light from the abyss?
What separates me from
7 billion people?
Is passion a blessing or a curse?
To love for the inevitable outcome
HE gives 7 billion gifts
How many can use them?
Like everyone’s given oxygen
But some still can’t breathe
Yet, I try so hard
