The Gift of Caring

Sitting in a hollow shell, surrounded by the world outside.

People begin to pass on by, there is nobody to talk to, there is nobody whom to confide.

Then she arrives quite like the sun, and melts away that shell with a few simple words: "I see you,

I care." She says. Tears melt down this lost soul's face, and then the two come into an embrace,

the world is no longer a dark and dismal place. All you have to do is care, it does not take much effort if you dare.

One word, one hug, can move mountains, break barriers, transform a life. All the world needs is someone who is always there.
