Gift of Pain
It felt like aches penetrating through my heart.
Breaking and shaking every part of me
That complete me into a whole
Bruising and breaking every functional joints
Its synonymous being slaughtered alive
I seek for help
But I can't reach a helping hand
My head is laying loosely low
My knees are shaking and trembling
I will stumble and fall
I lost the best part of me
I reference about it
To check if they made something
More beautiful than what I lost
I found myself shrinking inside my thoughts
Hopelessly, watching myself laying lifelessly
But then I remembered
I am the artist of my life
I can't give the paintbrush
To anyone other than me
I have a story to tell
I found myself in a process of loosing myself
There's something beautiful
Than stating the obvious
Sometimes I'd find random screws
I'd assume that's myself falling apart
Some days I am just an ash
Holding myself together in a shape of a flame
We would never find ourselves
If we are afraid of getting lost
We would never appreciate anything
If we don't sample its opposite
