The Girl

There she stands,

No one around, but everyone watching

It doesn't bother her

She stands tall

Looking around and smiling

Laughing out loud

Gaining self-confidence

Loving herself

Learning and growing

People notice and ask

Why is that girl so happy?

Why does she look so comfortable?

Why does she smile so big?

The reason the girl replies is

I love myself the way I am

I am flawless.
