This Girl

(poems go here) This girl is strong, she can do anything She’s tough she’s smart, And has a good personality This girl inspires, She can’t be stopped She encourages others This girl, some say is perfect But I know she is not… This girl has trouble She’s been through a lot You say she is perfect But I know that she’s not So many things go through her mind The why, when, the what? On the outside this girl to me seems to be just about, well, everything This girl puts on the face to hide the pain Yet who really is there to blame. Not you, not me not really anything. Our nature is to judge by what we see Its not about our inner beauty. This girl wants everyone to know She’s not a fraud , and not that low But if you could look through her eyes And really see You would see that this girl is me. Not just me, I know that And there are so many girls out there who would have my back. Recognize, me ,we, and our individuality And see that this girl is not just you , And not just me, But this girl is everybody.
