The girl in the halls

You see her in the halls smiling and laughing but what you don’t see is the slight pain and sorrow behind her beautiful ocean blue eyes, the pain that nobody ever sees but you because you have the same pain. The pain of not being enough, the pain of feeling worthless. The pain of feeling like you’re the problem because you can’t seem to get friends to stay. But when you see her in the halls you can’t help but wonder what’s wrong with her? Does she have days where blood is dripping and she can’t control herself? Does she have days where she can’t get out of bed? I wonder, i wonder until the day I never saw her again because she lost.
