The Girl of His Dreams

Love at first sight Between a girl and a boy She gave him a smile, big and coy She walked over to the table made just for two He tided up his hair and adjusted his flannel As she approached him, he had no idea what to do Should he stand up, shake her hand? Pull out a chair, give her a hello? He decided to go witha hand shake and stook out his hand To his dismay, she looked right past him And the boy was so embarrassed, he felt like he could sink in sand. Suddenly, he awoke to his mother shouting "Jim" What he thought was love was only just a dream He was too young for love, he was only fourteen!
