The Girl with the Neck Tattoo

She never stayed long enough for anyone to really know her, but everyone knew her.

She was the girl with the neck tattoo.

It wasn't a big tattoo, I suppose. It wasn't a dramatic one, either. It just kind of...

Spanned.

Only on her neck. She didn't have any other tattoos.

The word was, once you had her, you'd never want to let go.

But she gets bored very easily.

She didn't always have a neck tattoo and a short attention span. She didn't always

carry around a cold stare.

She used to be happy, loving, pure. Careful.

The girl with the neck tattoo never stayed long enough for anyone to really know

her.

    But I knew her.
