Girl on the Wall

I really don't think there's much to say

I will eventually buzz away

every word, every sound, stuck like glue

in my gray mattered mind.

I watch, and I wait, hands on the clock

moving so slowly, no one notices me.

I don't really have much to say

just a girl on the wall

taking it day by day.

I see what I live, and I live to see

wings like an eagle, bringing me my freedom;

a key to the ignition, off once again,

From place toplace to place

I bring silent words, letting my mind go all over.

Simply a girl on the wall,

without anything to say at all.
