The Girl Within Me

I would take her with me

The one who faintly whispers into the pit of my ear never to give up and have no fear

I would take her with me

The one who so warmly embrasses me for who I am, and not who everyone feels I am

I would take her with me

Only because she sees me

She sees me better than any mirror ever could

She reads me

Better than your favorite book, and yes she proofreads me

Only to make me a better me

and that right there is key

and yes, she would be my key to success

cause even if I was stranded

I would never be hopeless
