"Girlbaby"

My name is Girlbaby And I'm your second child, But your first baby girl. I have your eyes, My mother's nose, and hair all my own. My name is Zo And I'm five years old, Daddy's little girl. I have your strength, My mother's kindness, and a sense of humor all my own. My name is Zoey And I'm eleven, You have let me down. I have your temper, My mother's rationality, And I've learned to hold my own. My name is Zarriah And I am seventeen, I will be my own person. I have my own mind, My own life, and I will be better than you. My name is Zarriah Renee And I'm looking at my future. I have you, who loves me, But lives on the fine line of a father and a stranger of hate, With a mother who gives her world to protect me from the latter. And I love the both of you. My name is Zarriah Renee Oliver I have a father who loves me, But cannot control the part of him that doesn't. I have a mother who loves me, She tries to keep me from making her mistakes. And from the two of them, I have learned the type of person I will be.
