Girls To Have Dreams

Some grow out of barbie dolls
Into their sports bra
To become sport's stars
And play on the same court with the boy stars
Some go from double dutch
To bringing their teams back in the clutch
Because girls also love the adrenaline rush
Some hold up banners
And pose with the number one finger
Not dress mannequins or place blouse on hangers
Some go as far as competing with the leauges elite
She'll shed tears in victory
She'll shed tears when she's defeat
Some dislike wearing high heels
So instead they'll wear Jordan's on their feets
Cause like you, like me
Girls to have dreams...
