Give Thanks
To see another day
open my eyes and say
I'm grateful Lord
For without you
nothing else matters
Thankful for the little things
the sun the moon the stars
For without you
it wouldn't exist
like planets Jupiter and Mars
Grateful for this life I live
my family and my friends
For happiness love peace and joy
I pray it never ends
Thankful for forgiveness
from one who knew no sin
for all the bumps and bruises
that made me a better man
I'm grateful for all those who share the same view
and I extend a pleasure greeting of Thanksgiving to you
