Given Up

crushed, pounded broken down run on fury, hate sadness, pain surround cannot walk away alone with a shadow move through dream-like not real, not touching nothing can be safe don't feel anything numb to emotions sticks, stones don't break bones words don't hurt either want to be real again not falling apart be able to fly away from this mess to be with you now instead of trapped here tormented, tortured by what cannot be live a halflife, wraith-like don't care anymore life wasted away body and mind no more
