In Glass Slippers


To the ball I go Under bright stars To fetch my dreams Making them mine To dance until dawn In glass slippers Once upon a dream The clock It strikes And midnight hits Reality steps in to tell me It’s never like that Never that easy And the glass slippers begin to crack
