Glass Tears
It hurts so much.
I sit here and cry these glass tears.
The tears painfully gouge deep wounds into my cheeks.
I'm lost and lonely without your smile,
Without you by my side.
My darling our time was short.
I had so much I wanted to say,
but they took that away from me, from us.
Here I am waiting for you as you wait in the cold room.
I'll stay yours until I see you again.
Hopefully sooner than later.
I never got to prove my love for you.
I never got to show you that you meant the world.
So here I sit, lost, lonely, and afraid
Waiting for you to come save me
From the HELL that is now my life.
I honestly don't know where to go from here.
I may not be single, but I'm alone.
I can't bear the pain.
I was afraid I'd lose you and I did.
You wanted to speak up and I said No.
I'm sorry.
I Love You.
Here I sit crying glass tears.
