The gleam in your eyes

Their was a point in my life I never wanted to admit this. Afriad that I'll mess up, or completely miss this. But on this island all deserted and forgotten, god is the only thing I'd keep in my pocket. He is the air that I breath, as the island screams isolation. Without him my heart cries sure deprivation. He is my protecter, as I hunt my prey. My savior when I feel I can't live today. He is the steps that I take, as I explore my island. In hopes that I could one day get off this Iceland. Yet if my destiny was to live a life alone, I would not mind as long as God tags along.
