Glittery Tears.
This beautiful Crown on my head.
So beautiful, it is made of diamonds.
you wished you were me, you think I’m lucky.
everyone sees the beauty on the outside;
No one sees the thorns in it.
Buried in my head, very deep.
It’s painful, makes me weep.
I can’t pull it off, the world would notice my scars.
I have to be perfect, I’m one of the biggest stars.
To you, I’m happy, rich;
So popular, they know me in Spain.
I’m in bondage, getting fed on by a leech;
I can’t break these chains.
Day by day, I die slow.
Still, I won’t take it off.
how I feel, nobody has to know.
For the media, my skin has to glow.
Cos my images help their magazines blow.
My pains don’t have to show.
I’ll let people enjoy the beauty covering the shame.
That’s the price I pay for this fame.
