Glow up and Grow up!

As I grabbed the handle and opened the door I felt my heart racing.

It felt like it was going to jump out of my chest and run away.

I walked in and followed the lady into an office to a table.

I sat down and she handed me some papers to fill out.

When she left I told myself to slow my breathing and relax.

I needed this job.

This is when I knew I grew up.

When I got the job and it made realize that I needed to clean up my act.

It was the next step in my life and in my career to become a teacher.

It helped me mature and I'm thankful for that.
