Glow-Up, Grow Up Scholarship Slam :

When did you realize you've grown up?

When your appearance changed

When you took a close up and realized

Your face and body is no longer strange

For me is was different

It was more mental

When my self-care become more gentle

When the candy I would eat for days

My eating habits became questionable

I use to pull my hair out when I was stressed or bored

I began to realize that I was worth so much more

Than what the boys would say

Self-love beats self-doubt any day

As I grew

So did my brain

Maturity who would have knew?
