Dear Forever Friends

By: Emma Stewart

I fear the future,

What happens when they go,

What happens to all the memories I capture,

What happens to all the happiness I show?

Will times still be simple,

Will we all stay as close,

Will they still be my happiness symbol?

I guess nobody knows.

My friends are my family,

Nothing can break our bond,

I know staying together is a fantasy,

But I will love them beyond.

We must go our separate ways,

We must learn how to grow,

Say goodbye to the happiest days,

Keep each other in our hearts as we go.

I will love them forever,

And never forget,

In our hearts we will remember,

Forever happy we all met.
