Glow Up/Grow Up

Oh I remember the glow up
not the beauty but, how I grew up
Poorer than poorer yes I stood up.
And thought, I could be in misery or choose to be the Queen of dreams
that I'd create, sleeping peacefully I'd awake,
awoken, arise from a studio apartmentwith few sunlight
but as long as I could see the light at the end of the tunnel
I grab my shovel and funnel and funnel
Oh I worked, I conquered and I'm conquering
I'm on this path and I'm steering through these streets.
I let God navigate because if I steer I'd be off the narrow way and lose the vision that would create the best reality.
So when did I know? I don't know.
I was just a small sprout who knew it was time to grow.
