Gnats Unite

Black gnats swarm brisk summer walks,

small flying terrors parade

across wildlife mannequins.

Earth loathes imitated life,

undaunted by hate revised

breeding and breathing hell-fire.

I, reprise quiet freedom

undisturbed by walking gnats

dressed as pale grey humanoids.
