My mind is bursting

why don't I let it out

it's all so stuck

my thoughts whirring inside my zipped shut mind

but there's no where to go

where do i expell all of this bull shit?

there's no where to just talk

to make sense of this confusing life

I'm slowly losing myself

no one to talk to

it's so stupidy complex

I can't even manage to write about the stupidity

it aches

makes my muscles physically want to get up

and just go

anywhere, really

 I just want to go

but every other part of me pulls me down

makes me sit,

stay,

good dog.

I wish I could just go

Everything could be so simple

why do people hold back on themselves and all of their potential?

I guess I could ask myself the same question.

Why don't I just go?

why don't I just let everything go.
