Go Play in the Acid Rain Puddles, Davie Boy

Tearing at the heart of this bloody earth
Corruption and greed is all we are worth
The value of oil and soot from coal
Thicken our wallets and blacken our souls

Cars and factories polluting the air
Weaken the earth, but why should I care?
A sad, dying world does not hurt me
I will not live to see seventy-three

Laugh while you can, enjoy your thrills
Do not pay attention to oil spills
I promise there will be no turning back
The day your precious water begins to run black

We are the reason for the shift in the seasons
All to blame, there is no one name
Time to start fresh, put on your best tie
We will rid the whole world of its air supply

Hemorrhages in the sky cause our future to die
