Goal to Fight For (Rap/Hip-Hop)

No obstacle is known. Known to stop the pace that I roll. Like a fight has sparked and outbroke. It's the fight that the challenge provokes. Started by distance that far-fetches the goal. Get close and attempt landing a blow. Switch stance, strike high, and trick-switch hits aimed low. Adapt then attack straight at the dome. Get struck back, so feel what's thrown. Don't accept, consider, or even condone. The shaming temptation of a white towel thrown. Use difficulty to supplement growth. Plot and plan how to take over the throne. From base-one to the end of the road. Success at the cul-de-sac is ready to own. Only way to posses it is the promotion of growth. And the blessing of a mindset thats richer than gold. It shows a way of thinking what rarely is shown. Be the out-stander, and take on that role. Then be proud to have strength to strive for a goal's grip to keep hold. And like Jack didn't, don't ever let go. Its a need to keep prosperity combined with the soul. Persistence, determination, and confidence is paving the road. The road that ever-changes but leads to a place of desire. A destination set that is searched for, seaked, and admired. It's not a light task, it isn't as easy as toast. It's a flat out slow and long process. No sugar coat. But the reward is sweeter than apple pie cooling on the sill of the kitchen window. - Jack Rodriguez
