God

from a distance you hear

answers that whisper in your ear

of an unborn cure

within a decade of bloomed aspiration,

saphire and topez, dropped to inspire

and held underneath the fire

someone to listen to

someone to hold on to

someone's words explained through a broken

window shattered with lifes short moderations

from a length you walked to fear

and kept what was near

its what is dear

that when you walk away from dreams that must be a desire

just remember i am not a war.
