The God of Chaos

A conundrum of lights

A cacophony of sound

A god of chaos’s playground.

You've met him I'm sure

I just passed him by

Glowing eyes  smirking in his unseen hood

He interrupted me

With a Bing, a  beep and a ring

I tried to ignore him

But…

He’s everywhere

With every click

With every step

LOOK, LIKE, BUY, REPLY

A puny mortal gripped by the maze of color

Draining away my reality, my individuality, my pride

A fool unable to tell truth from lies

I can't escape, can't run or hide

From his  sharp commands gripping my mind

I'm sure he finds scamming me entertaining…

Unfortunately his battery died
