God Rap

Blood leads in the news Violence terror and booze Frightened fear is here Through each and every tear but Mercy feeds the soul Without it we aren't whole Where can we get our fill When lifes in a stand still There's one book we can look One man with a plan He has mercy to spare Hes willing to share His mercy his grace His love our pace His death forgave us His love is what made us We fall away sometime We commit worldly crime Adams falling to eve Our promises we leave Theres one book we can look One man with a plan He has mercy to spare He is willing to share Gives us All of his love Giving His only son So he could save life from the grave But This world questions truth Looking for physical proof Without looking beyond For his holly bond There's one book we can look One man with a plan He has mercy to spare He's willing to share The truth

I am a freelance writer ,and am currently attending both college, and am a senior in high school. I love writing poetry, and essays because they help me to get in touch with who I am. If you read someones poetry you see their soul. It may not be flawless, but no one is. If you want to know more about me read my poems.
