God is There

Everybody says Go to church
Don't curse, be perfect
But it isn't that easy
to be or not to be

your like a tree
the wind tries to blow you down
but if God is your roots he won't
let you fall
into the ground

He sees you sitting there
After a fight wanting to die
he's the voice in your head saying
you can do it, perservere

You made someone smile today
they were led astray and
you made their day

Even if you feel like there's nobody there
you feel like its just you and the air
Look around find a friend and say a prayer
He is there when you need a repair
