God of War

Watch out for Mars

He’s not all that he seems

He shows up to school

Just the same as you and me

But when he goes back home

Mars is a fortnight hero

Battling all night long

Under a new name- Jupiter

See the name Mars doesn’t fit

For everytime Mars speaks

All his fortnight buddies

Seem to think He’s speaking Greek

Jupiter is like Mars

But in a different way

Mars is a persona

To get through the school day

Some call him a Fortnight prodigy

Others say he’ll go down in Fortnight lore

But once you brave a battle

You’ll see him as the god of war

His fighting is ruthless

He wins in every game

When he sees you, he ignores

Those begging to be saved

He looks different every battle

We see his different skins

To Jupiter their just different forms

You see every time he wins

He strikes fear in the hearts of his enemies

So much so that they give him

Hundreds and hundreds dollars worth

Of money and more skins

It’s what his “friends” all do

Or followers as he calls them

Sacrificing their own back accounts

To recognize his power

He’s bold, brash, and breaks you

When you think your getting good

His attitudes atrocious

Pride is his downfall

When you go and fight him

When your feeling at your best

He wins and all he says is

“I’m Jupiter get wrecked”
