Gods and Goddesses
Forsake me not, oh Zeus, receiving more views
Than asked for. Tell me you love me,
Instagram model Hera walks in, cast your eyes
Upon her you look, my one like
On Facebook, I'm shook.
Clash with Poseidon, what a shame
Look at his followers, he has more fame.
Powerful and famous, what will you give?
To be my friend, not a nymph.
Aphrodite...Aphrodite, you took Youtube hard,
Gaining your fame, on Zeus you spark.
The damsel in distress, that's what you are,
Using your mouth, for Apollo's musical charm.
Who would have taught, fame will be your thing,
Social media the drug, but still no ring.
Artemis never stops, snapping everything,
Who would have known, she's an evil twin.
Foolishly snapping, never realising, stealing fame
All on the lowkey.
Ares, so quiet, behind camera savage
Stalker in disguise, he got the platnium bling.
Athena my love, a star she must,
The icon that inspires the world without asking.
Many are jealous but she remains unbothered,
She's an Instagram, and Snapchat queen,
Why bother.
Unlike Hephaestus and Hermes, pranksters they must,
Youtube their platform, filled with laughter.
Hestia so quiet, unfamous is she,
Enjoying her privacy, boring and retired.
Demeter, a sneaky demon is she,
Sexualising at the best, the concubine
On every platform, but she's not stressed.
Finally Dionysus, the man of the hour,
Outnumbering everyone, the famous forever.
