Help me God cause I can't find my way.

Help me God, I don't know what else can I say? 

Help me God, help me get up from off the ground. 

Oh, Lord I am lost, but I so desperately want to be found. 

Teach me God, teach me to read your word instinctively.

Thank you God, for your word says that you'll never leave me nor forsake me. 

I love you God for you take me by my hand and guide me.  

Your mercy and grace renews itself each day for me.

Hallelujah God to praise you for blessing me, forgiving me and washing away my sins. 

Oh, how I bless your name Jesus, for your sacrifice and making me whole again.
