Going Up

We grow

We grew!

The young become older

The new become young

We learned, we cried, we joyed

Tick-tock

Gone

The now becomes the past

The past becomes forgotten

We grow

We grew

We found.

Ourself

Our pain, our pleasure, our need

The wants.

How do I look?

How do I dress?

How do I live?

We tried to learn

We did!

But the prize

The pleasure, the addiction, the attraction

Sweat, spit and burning desire

COOL OFF

Don’t be a fool

Instant release

It's not your life

It's a part,

But who are you

You are all of you

You are everything in between

Yet you risk so much in the beginning

All based in an instant.

Don’t succumb

Be so strong
