Going, Going, Gone
I'll never forget the sound of your laugh
Or the way you made me feel
Like I was important
Like what we had was real
I wish I didn't care so much
And I wish this didn't hurt
When all I wish to do is talk
And you just wish to divert
I've given my all, everything that I have
I've showed you my heart and soul
And I can feel you fading away
Leaving this awfiul, gaping hole
I'll never forget the nights that we had
Doing simple things but still content
It was not all too long ago
And I wonder where all the time went
You changed my life and swore not to leave
And yet I am watching you go
I'll keep on fearing our last "goodbye"
And reminiscing of our first "hello"
