Golden Bell

Small shining bell

Glimmers of gold

That drive men to sell

All which they hold

Guarded in a horde

Watched by greedy eyes

Touted by a lord

Not very wise

Or he would hear

The absent sound rings free

Not to his ear

But hollow it be

Most of my stuff is inspired by some of the very somber anti-war poems written after WW1. Others can be on a whim or based off fictional works.
