The Golden Stage

I leap onto a golden stage

Swimming in the light

Figures in the distance

Couldn't dim down my might

A girl is there beside me

With a frog in her throat

She smiles so feverishly

Trying to stay afloat

I take a step towards her

Prompt her for her line

She stands up brave and tall

Like a star ready to shine

Together our voices soar

As they spiral up

Others join behind us

We bow in the lineup.
