The Goldilocks Goblin

Out in the woods one day

a family of bears went out to play

Later a girl went for a walk

with little in her basket but string and chalk

Accept she wasn't just any girl you see

she became a ghastly goblin at 2:03

While in the woods she wore a pout

until she found the perfect house and let out a shout

She strutted right into the home

and looked at all they had right down to their combs

Then she looked at the clock

and knew this place was worth all the talk

At 2:03 she put a mask over her face

and put gloves on so there wouldn't be a trace

Then all about the house ran the child

stealing all keepsakes going completely wild

In the mix of her out burst

she fell on a chair head first

Afterward the girl became hungry

and found some pooridge to stop her worry

The whole experience was rather energy-zapping

so she decided to retire on the smallest bed for napping

What happened next she never expected

it was the reason she so quickly exited
