Gone

Everything was fine

All her life

Then you turned

You changed

She looked at you differently

But you didn't seem to care

You ignored her

She gave up on you years later

That's when you realized

You lost what you had

All because you didn't see her

You looked right past her sad, long face

She moved on

Now you're stuck with that regret

The rest of your life

And she's gone.
