Gone

It’s overbearing like lava to my soul

I need a distraction as my blood continues to boil

You were the one I looked to

But you’ve suddenly disappeared

It’s driving me crazy

But you're gone and i'm stuck here

Why are you gone

They said you’d never leave

Is there something I did wrong

Am I always this naive

I'll leave it as a question

There’s not much more to say

One last simple request

Can you make it go away
