Gone

Walk up the stairs

She thinks no one cares

Slams the door

Drops to the floor

Tears flood

Sees the dried blood

Smeared upon the knife

You were her life

Her reason

For no more crimson

Now she's nothing

Just huffing

Shoving

That knife through her wrist

Holds that necklace tight in her fist

Remembers all that could have been

She should have seen

Through the lies

Through his disguise

He wasn't true

He didn't love you

Fingers clutch

A cold touch

Hold it close

Glares at the dead rose

Place it gently

Ever so quietly

Squeeze

She lies on her knees

"I love you"

Pulls the silver trigger

The murder weapon trubles to the ground

And there's no one to hear it make a sound
