Gone Forever

Thoughtless,
traumatized by fear.
I'm sitting in the lonely world without you.

You're gone now,
no coming back.
You're not here.
It was my fault.

I cry every night.
My tears begin to sing
and dance to the depressed beats
because I miss you.

I stay to my self
frozen with hurt.
I don't want to make any more damage
or get hurt worse.

If I'd been there
that one last day,
you would be sitting here
with me
instead of fear.
