Gone But Never Forgotten

It seems like such a nightmare

losing someone who you was so close with, but its reality.

I feel like I have prepared myself for this for years,

but never did I think that it would be this soon.

I miss you so bad

You was my best friend

You was my hero

You told me not to leave you,

Yet there you go floating in the clouds like a feather

So soon, too soon.

I know you had no choice, but you are at peace now

You are happy and in no pain

I know you are in a better place watching over me,

but I wish you were here physically

some how...some way

I will miss you always.
