Good-Bye

I love you. I need you to know that. You tell me you love me back, And I'll stay. I swear I'll stay. But none of the words coming out from your mouth are for me, They were never for me, I guess I'll just keep waiting. I have the feeling I'll wait forever. But I won't wait here. I'm on my way now, And I just wanted you to know that I love you. I always will.

I like your poem for it doesn't sound like a nursery rhyme and it actually hits a nerve in my heart. It shows true emotion which I think most poets don't really add into their poems and along with emotion it reveals a story and in a way...you. I truly like your poem and hope that you do find that guy who will "stay".
