Good Bye!

Time is precious, as life slips away

as I clasp my hands and mourn

your smile afflicts the mind

Goodbye

like a broken dream
forever in time
the hopelessness plagues
I get down on my knees
and pray every single day

They say, all good things must end

why is love so ephemeral?

the shadows are my only companion

Now, You are only memories.
