Good Enough
Will I be good enough for someone soon?
Despite all the heart ache
I think I'm still able to make a little room
You may have to squeeze,
And I might hold you too tight
I may worry, or get nervous
But I'm really just hoping that this time
Everything is right
I might seem crazy,
Maybe even clingy
Which I thought I'd never be
But I'm just worried whether I'm good enough
I'm hoping the problem isn't me
I've corrected myself so many times
It's always me who takes my own blame
But if this doesn't go right
I'm not sure what more I could change
Despite all the heart ache
I think I can make more room
But only for you
And dealing with me,
After being chewed up and spit out,
It may be really rough
But I'm just hoping
That for just this once
I might be good enough
