Good Enough

Am I good enough?

...good enough for whom?

For yourself?

For your family?

For the 50 people who claim to be your friend on Facebook?

My child,

Stop looking for affirmation where it cannot be found.

You are perfect.

Know that in your heart.

I hace sculpted you

with everything you will ever need,

even if you cannot see it right now.

A beautiful flower blooms

from a single seed,

buried in the ground.

These seeds I have planted...

with patience, you will see them sprout.

My child,

I love you.

You are good enough for me.
